That said, I believe this problem arises because software devs would (still) have to pay royalties to support HD-DVD playback. When trying to watch a Blu Ray disc from Redbox the CyberLink PowerDVD program keeps giving me a error code of (Code = 0107). Do you think i may need a upgrade on my video card? now my overscan utility does not work Lol. check over here

Its great that was the problem, no more error 0107. Do not run any other player as they will likely try to steal back the file associations. If you are running 2 screens in "clone" mode then simply switch that off so that the signal only goes to the screen you want. It can be worked around by setting the output to OpenGL though, interestingly.
