Gul I am getting org.apache.axis2.deployment.DeploymentException (entire exception stack trace is down below in the e-mail) from the service I am trying to deploy to Tomcat version 5.5.17, using the Axis2 nightly I suggest you reopen the JIRA. They are the same and I don't thing there is anything violating the rule of wsdlname=servicename, in my example. Soap12 name space has different attributes than the soap name space.

All exceptions, as far as I know, are wrapped into an AxisFault which is then transmitted to the client as, I believe, a SoapFault message with as description the exception message. The Axis2SampleDocLit.wsdl uses soap namespace, not soap12. In other words, the client should only see AxisFaults as the exception (exception class) is not serialized and send.
